Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 99 - 28 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT, DAN TESCH <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 99 - 33, Authorizing Execution of an Option Agreement <br />between City and Blaine American Legion for the Police Department Building Site on Lake <br />Drive, Bill Hawkins - The Blaine American Legion is interested in obtaining the site where the <br />Lino Lakes Police Department was located until its recent move. The Legion would like to <br />ensure the site is not purchased by another buyer. <br />An option agreement has been prepared. It includes language that allows ; he ouncil to negotiate <br />the sale price using a value established by an appraisal firm. It also containsa clause requiring a <br />non-refundable deposit of $385.00 to cover legal expenses. <br />Council Member Neal pointed out that the appraisal for the lar <br />next to the current Police Department.
