COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 24, 1999 <br />Council Member Lyden moved to approve the Preliminary Development Plan/Plat based on the <br />above conditions. Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 99 - 25 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, FIRST READING, Ordinance No. 13 - 99, Amending City Code, <br />Section 700, Pertaining to Liquor Licenses & Fees & Resolution No. 99 - 38, Jeff Smyser - <br />The public hearing was continued from the May 10, 1999, Council meeting. No one was present <br />to speak on this issue. <br />Staff advised Ordinance No. 13 - 99 will amend the existing liquor licensing code. Staff <br />reviewed a summary of the proposed changes. <br />Staff recommended the investigation fee be moved into the fee schedule along with the license <br />fees. <br />Resolution No. 99 - 38 is the fee list that was removed from the ordinan ing the fee list <br />by resolution makes it easier for the City to change fees. <br />Council expressed concern regarding the legality of sep <br />fees are standard.
