<br />Consideration of January 14, 1997, Special Council Meeting Minutes (Sullivan and Dahl
<br />were not on the Council) - Council Member Bergeson moved to approve the January 14, 1997,
<br />Special Council Meeting minutes, as presented. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion.
<br />Motion carried with Council Member Dahl, and Mayor Sullivan abstaining.
<br />Consideration of January 16, 1997, Special Council Meeting Minutes (Sullivan and Dahl
<br />were not on the Council) - Council Member Bergeson moved to approve the January 16, 1997,
<br />Special Council Meeting minutes, as presented. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion.
