Fence alignment with approval of City Engineer. <br />Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT, DAVE PECCHIA <br />Resignation of Part -Time Records Clerk - Effective June 23, 1999, Adam Halverson will <br />resign from the Lino Lakes Police Department Records Division. Staff requested the Council <br />accept his resignation and wish him well in his future endeavors. <br />The Police Department has begun a selection process to fill the vacancy created by this <br />resignation with a full-time position. This position was included in the 1999 budget as a full-time <br />position beginning July 1, 1999. <br />Council Member Neal moved to accept Mr. Halverson's resig t <br />Member Dahl seconded the motion. The part-time situation is beneficial to both parties. <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve the recommendation to offer Ms. Hagert a part-time <br />position as CSO for the Police Department effective June 15, 1999. Council Member Dahl <br />seconded the motion.
