CONSIDER APPROVING SIGNAGE REQUEST FROM KATHY HANSMANN, LINDA WAITE SMITH Ms. Kathy Hansmann has requested a permit for a monument sign for her development, the Fast Break Market located on the west side of Lake Drive north of the I-35W/Lake Drive intersection. Because two (2) large trees on her site were saved and are integrated into the landscape, a taller sign is needed so that it will not be blocked by the trees.
