This matter will be discussed at a future work session. <br />CONSIDER APPROVING SIGNAGE REQUEST FROM KATHY HANSMANN, <br />LINDA WAITE SMITH <br />Ms. Kathy Hansmann has requested a permit for a monument sign for her development, <br />the Fast Break Market located on the west side of Lake Drive north of the I-35W/Lake <br />Drive intersection. Because two (2) large trees on her site were saved and are integrated <br />into the landscape, a taller sign is needed so that it will not be blocked by the trees. <br />
