CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JUNE 23, 1999 <br />It was the consensus of Council to support a 10% wage increase for Ms. Schloer and Ms. <br />Francis. <br />This item is on the Council agenda Monday, June 28tH <br />The City is ready to conduct interviews for the Clerk position. The process of hiring a <br />Finance Director will begin in August. <br />DISCUSS DATE FOR CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S APPRAISAL, LINDA WAITE <br />SMITH <br />Ms. Waite Smith suggested the Council prepare a process to use for the City <br />Administrator's performance appraisal. She distributed several handouts that would be <br />helpful in determining the process. <br />Council determined the following would be used in the performance appraisal: <br />1. What will the evaluation be based on? Goals approved in d the Job <br />Description. <br />2.
