COUNCIL MINUTES SEPTEMBER 13, 1999 to Anoka County for collection with property taxes. According to Chapter 400 of the City Code. the adoption of the above-mentioned resolution will establish the public hearing date for proposed assessments of delinquent utility accounts. If approved, this application will not reach the Minnesota Gambling Control Board 30 days prior to the scheduled activity. Therefore, the Council should consider waiving the 30 days waiting period. Approval of Resolution No. 99 - 94 authorizes the lawful gambling application and waives the 30 day waiting period. Council Member Neal moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 - 94, as presented. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 99 - 94 can be found at the end of these minutes. 5
