• COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 25, 1999 project for this evening. All necessary notices have been mailed to affected property owners indicating the amount of the assessment and the date of the hearing. The project is substantially complete and can now be assessed. This project involved developer installed improvements. The assessments associated with this project include Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Area and Unit charges, Surface Water Management Fees, and Wearing Course Costs. Mayor Sullivan opened the public hearing at 8:06 p.m. Council Member Neal moved to close the public hearing at 8:06 p.m. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Council Member Bergeson moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 - 105, as presented. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
