The proposed subdivision shall be recorded with Anoka County. <br />2. The newly described parcels shall be combined for tax purposes with new Property <br />Identification Numbers (PIN) issued that combine Parcel 0011 west 108 feet of <br />Parcel 0023 and Parcel 0012 with the east 108 feet of Parc0 <br />Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. The minor subdivision is required to facilitate the <br />City's purchase of prture community recreation complex at the south east corner of <br />Birch Street and Cente ' The property in question is zoned rural and indicated as such <br />on the existing Land U <br />Staff recommended approval of the minor subdivision. The Planning and Zoning Board <br />recommended approval of this minor subdivision with conditions on a 7/0 vote at the October 13, <br />1999, meeting. <br />Council Member Lyden moved to approve minor subdivision based on the following conditions: <br />1. 27' of right-of-way is dedication from the Montain property for the future <br />reconstruction of Centerville Road and Birch Street as indicated on the submitted survey <br />document. <br />2. The remaining 1.6 -acre parcel on the Molitor parcel is added to their existing home <br />site for a total of 3 acres. <br />
