• <br />CANVASS OF ELECTION BOARD NOVEMBER 3,1999 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE : November 3, 1999 <br />TIME STARTED : 5:17 p.m. <br />TIME ENDED : 5:27 p.m. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Members Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden <br />Neal, and Mayor Sullivan <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Linda Waite Smith; City Clerk, Ry-Chel <br />Gaustad; and Clerk Treasurer Marilyn Anderson <br />Mayor Sullivan called the meeting to order at 5:17 p.m. <br />CANVASS ELECTION <br />Staff distributed a Summary of General Election noting the Fi ust be <br />adopted and signed by each Council Member. Staff review s the election. <br />Staff noted the voting process was very smooth an r le curred.
