COUNCIL MINUTES DECEMBER 20, 1999 • Mr. Wessel noted that in January there would be only four (4) Council Members so a unanimous vote would be required to accomplish a 4/5 vote. Motion carried with Council Members Lyden and Dahl voting no. Resolution No. 99 - 138 can be found at the end of these minutes. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Consideration of March 21, 1996 Council Special Meeting (Council Members Lyden, Bergeson and Neal present) - Council Member Neal moved to approve the March 21, 1996 Council Special Meeting minutes, as presented. Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried with Council Member Dahl and Mayor Sullivan abstaining. Consideration of October 23, 1996 Council Work Session Meeting (Council Members Bergeson and Lyden were present, Neal absent) - Council Membe n moved to approve the October 23, 1996 Council Work Session Meeting mi Member Lyden seconded the motion. Consideration of December 13, 1999 Council Meeting Minutes - Ms. Gaustad advised of a clarification made to Page 2. Council Member Dahl moved to approve the December 13, 1999 Council Meeting minutes, as corrected. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
