She also thanked the Council for their previous financial <br />Ms. Marianne Reich, ARC of Anoka & Ramsey County, requested the Council award them with <br />$1,000 of the grant money. <br />Ms. Susan McMullen came forward and stated she has been an active member of ARC for 10 <br />years. She stated that ARC has helped her family immensely. The request for funding for the <br />next fiscal year cycle is to provide core support and advocacy services to individuals with <br />developmental disabilities and their families living in Anoka County and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Ms. Sarah Henfling, Community Emergency Assistance Program, requested consideration for a <br />grant in the amount of $1,500. The grant will be used to fund Family Services. CDBG funds <br />allow CEAP to continue to serve Lino lakes residents, and help meet the rising demands for <br />4 <br />
