CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION FEBRUARY 23, 2000 <br />BLUEBILL PONDS AREA IMPROVEMENT PETITION, JOHN POWELL <br />Staff referred to a map pointing out the Bluebill Ponds area. A petition for City sewer, <br />water and street and stormwater improvements has been received that was signed by <br />100% of the residents in the area. <br />Typically, the next step would be to order a feasibility study. However, the City cannot <br />address the petition until the access issue relating to the Church has been resolved. <br />Staff recommended the City deny the petition until the access issue is resolved.
