Tabling <br />the project would include specifics about what additional information is <br />needed from the applicant. <br />4. Obtain an additional extension from the applicant. <br />Council Member O'Donnell advised the area will be developed eventually. He explained <br />his thought process regarding the decision he reached. He asked how many homes could be <br />developed on the land. <br />Staff advised one home could be built on the site. <br />Council Member O'Donnell asked if commercial development could be put on the site. <br />Staff advised commercial development could occur. <br />Council Member O'Donnell stated the City has a project from an applicant that is willing <br />to work with the City. The land could be developed in the future with an undesirable <br />project. He stated the applicant spoke to many neighbors about their concerns. He advised <br />he is supportive of moving ahead with the project. <br />Council Member Carlson clarified that three -(3) homes could be built on the site. She <br />advised that zoning and land uses are a consideration.
