Mr. <br />lso the Computer Purchase Program and inquired about <br />bility. Mr. Tesch advised the program has been utilized <br />st year more computers were wanted than were available due <br />h added Council Members have priority over those who want to <br />upgrade and he doesn't see that the additional of e-mail and a web site increasing the <br />demand. <br />MONOPOLE DISCUSSION, RICK DEGARDNER <br />Staff advised Council Members received information last week regarding a request for a <br />monopole. The information included the building of the towers and where they can be <br />located within the City. <br />Staff advised they feel the best site for a monopole is at the old City Hall site. That site <br />would, however, require a rezone. Staff requested Council direction regarding the City's <br />interest in locating a monopole. Staff noted the City could not prohibit the placement of a <br />monopole. <br />
