MONOPOLE DISCUSSION, RICK DEGARDNER Staff advised Council Members received information last week regarding a request for a monopole. The information included the building of the towers and where they can be located within the City. Staff advised they feel the best site for a monopole is at the old City Hall site. That site would, however, require a rezone. Staff requested Council direction regarding the City's interest in locating a monopole. Staff noted the City could not prohibit the placement of a monopole.
