• <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MAY 17, 2000 <br />preliminary plat was approved with a phasing plan. To date, 55 building permits have <br />been issued. <br />Staff advised they have seen the first draft of the 4th Addition. Changes are being made. <br />Grading will begin in that area. Issues relating to the 4th Addition include four (4) lots <br />that are not and the MUSA. <br />Forty percent of the site is open space owned by the City. Clearwater Creek is a <br />prototype for the City relating to preservation development. The project is progressing. <br />Council Member Reinert inquired about any additional City liability relating to the open <br />space.
