Motion carried unanimously. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, FIRST READING, Ordinance No. 17 - 99, Easement <br />Vacation, Oak Brook Peninsula, John Powell - Staff advised no new information has <br />been received regarding settlement of this matter from either of the affected property <br />owners. It is staff's understanding that the two -(2) parties continue to mediate. <br />Staff recommended continuing this item to the December 11, 2000, City Council <br />meeting. This is to eliminate the effort required to continue this item on a monthly basis. <br />However, at such time that staff is contacted by either party this matter with new <br />
