COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 28, 2000 <br />unaware of the building permit requirements when he poured his slab, which created the <br />encroachment and necessitated the subdivision. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed this request at their August 9, 2000, meeting and <br />recommended approval based on conditions. <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve minor subdivision as presented based on the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Proper building permits are issued prior to any additional construction. <br />2. The minor subdivision shall be recorded with Anoka County prior to issuance of any <br />building permits. <br />3. Ten feet of additional right-of-way shall be deeded to <br />reconstruction of Lake Drive if required by the Cou <br />shall be dedication from Mr. Benesch's property <br />permits. <br />4.
