CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION NOVEMBER 8 200 Council Member O'Donnell advised he needs that level of detail to better understand the impact and to take a vote. Mr. Olson stated the City Engineer has the information to determine which properties are non -conforming. Council Member O'Donnell stated he needs to know how many homes and businesses will be lost and which ones. Ms. Langfield stated the City does not have to conform. There are creative things that can be done. Some homes and businesses will have to be moved. Council Member O'Donnell advised he can not make a decision without that information. Mayor Bergeson directed the City Engineer to work with the County to get a summary of that information. The City Engineer advised that information can be obtained. However, assumptions about the roadway will have to be made.
