Council Member Carlson <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried with Council Member Dahl abstaining. <br />September 6, 2000, Council Work Session Minutes (Carlson absent) - Council Member Dahl <br />moved to approve the September 11, 2000, Council Work Session minutes, as presented. Council <br />Member O'Donnell seconded the motion. She also referred to page 2, <br />paragraph 4, and asked that the first sentence be deleted from the minutes. <br />Council Member Dahl moved to table the September 20, 2000, Council Work Session minutes to the <br />next Council meeting. Council Member Reinert seconded the motion.
