Council Member Carlson abstained from voting for Mr. Carlson. <br />Council Member voted on the applicants for the City Boards noting that they will be <br />announced on Monday, December 18, 2000. <br />Council Members determined that due to an unresolved tie for the 1 -year term on the <br />EDAC committee, applicants will re -apply and be interviewed again. <br />
