CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JANUARY 17, 2001 <br />property. The Design Standards are flexible relating to where the types of developments <br />are located and the intensity of use. <br />Mayor Bergeson asked if the City Council will support staff going to the committee and <br />asking to use the $450,000 to support the infrastructure on the City owned property. <br />Staff added that the Council has to decide if they do want housing and if the Design <br />Standards should be utilized. <br />Council Member O'Donnell stated he will support going after the $450,000 if the City <br />can remain flexible on the northern quadrant. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated he supports the development of the City owned property. He <br />stated the City needs to make an effort to keep the grant money.
