The Council can not make a <br />decision at this time. <br />Council Member Reinert asked how Circle Pines Utilities is still cheaper when it is <br />paying the 7%. <br />Mr. Keinath stated they have the benefit of previous gas purchases. The company must <br />remain competitive to grow. <br />Council Member Reinert stated Circle Pines Utilities would be even cheaper without the <br />7%. He stated he is interested in making it fair for all companies.
