CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MARCH 21, 2001 <br />Council Member O'Donnell requested an update on the decisions that have already been <br />made and were made after he left the last meeting. City Administrator Waite Smith <br />advised she will fax an update to all Council Members. <br />Council directed staff to schedule a Comprehensive Plan meeting immediately following <br />the regular Council meeting Monday, March 26, 2001, to make decisions on the rest of <br />the requests. <br />Acting Mayor Dahl stated Board Members were sent out the Plan. However, maps and a <br />list of the proposed changes were not included in the packets. City Planner Smyser <br />advised the City does not have any more color copies of the map. Staff felt it would be <br />better to not send them out as they are already obsolete. <br />City Administrator Waite Smith stated staff did not feel the map should be sent out since <br />it will be changed.
