COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 26, 2001
roadways within the City. Each year cities are allowed to revise their MSAS by adding or revoking
MSAS mileage. Council approval of the revocations and additions to the MSAS is required prior to
State Aid recognizing them.
The proposed revocation is West Shadow Lake Drive, designated as segment 107, from Birch Street
to the northern terminus. The length of this segment is 1.49 miles. As West Shadow Lake Drive will
never connect with Black Duck Drive, and is no longer used as the primary access to the County golf
course it no longer meets the criteria for state aid designation.
The proposed additions to the Lino Lakes Municipal State Aid System are as follows:
Roadway From
Baldwin Lake Rd.
