Economic Developmen director Wessel added there has been no official request for subsidy from the Ryan ompanies for the Target project. The issue has been discussed but there has been no justification for the request. Economic Development Director Wessel also requested clarification regarding the future EMV in the amount of $16.5 million. Mayor Bergeson requested a copy of the report be given to Mr. and Mrs. Tagg after the report is officially accepted by the City Council. Council Member O'Donnell asked if the design standards were factored in the calculations for estimated development costs. Mr. Steinman stated the estimated development costs came from discussions with Ryan and an original plan for the Village (90% of the numbers). The cost of additional design
