Mr. Shannon and Mr. 1 Inman presented the report and the findings included in <br />the study noting the r onl dresses the Town Center area. <br />Economic Developmen director Wessel added there has been no official request for <br />subsidy from the Ryan ompanies for the Target project. The issue has been discussed <br />but there has been no justification for the request. Economic Development Director <br />Wessel also requested clarification regarding the future EMV in the amount of $16.5 <br />million. <br />Mayor Bergeson requested a copy of the report be given to Mr. and Mrs. Tagg after the <br />report is officially accepted by the City Council. <br />Council Member O'Donnell asked if the design standards were factored in the <br />calculations for estimated development costs. <br />Mr. Steinman stated the estimated development costs came from discussions with Ryan <br />and an original plan for the Village (90% of the numbers).
