• <br />• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 29, 2001 <br />City Engineer Powell advised staff recommends approval of the variance request based on one <br />condition and the Planning and Zoning Board approved the variance request at its May 9, 2001 <br />meeting. <br />Council Member Carlson inquired about the number of acres the applicant has. <br />Mr. Cartier advised he owns close to 10 acres of land. <br />Council Member Dahl moved to approved Resolution No. 01— 69, based on the following condition: <br />1. A building permit must be obtained before construction of the accessory building <br />begins. <br />Council Member Reinert seconded the motion.
