COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 25, 2001 <br />• Mr. John Hill, Heritage Development, stated the property owner to the west is in the process of <br />processing the right-of-way. <br />• <br />Council Member Reinert asked why there is a hold up on that processing. <br />Mr. Hill stated there are legal technicalities holding up that processing. There is no issue with the <br />processing it just takes time. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated the Council previously discussed the issue of screening where the street exists <br />to Killdeer. He asked if a condition can be added that staff will work with the develop on that issue. <br />City Planner Smyser stated a condition can be added that the developer shall install screening as <br />recommended by staff. <br />Mr. Hill indicated he will work with staff on the screening issue. <br />Council Member O'Donnell stated there was a question regardin <br />City policy pertaining to double frontage lots. She stated things need to be finalized before she can support this <br />project. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated the issue is not Bluebill Ponds and it is inappropriate to refer to that <br />development. He asked if a cul-de-sac will be developed. City Engineer Powell advised the cul-de- <br />sac was a recommendation that came from the feasibility study. There is no requirement for a cul-de- <br />15.- <br />
