Motion carried unanimously. <br />PUBLIC SERVICES DEP `a ' TMENT REPORT, RICK DEGARDNER <br />There was no Public Services Department report. <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING, Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Jeff Smyser — Mayor <br />Bergeson advised the City Council opened the public hearing on the draft Comprehensive Plan at the <br />June 11, 2001, meeting. The hearing was continued to this evening. <br />John Johnson, Director of Engineering for Metro Land Surveying and Engineering, stated he is <br />speaking on behalf of Mr. Rehbein who owns a piece of property in the eastern part of Lino Lakes. <br />He explained that interest has been expressed by two very large, nation-wide builders to develop Mr. <br />• <br />• <br />
