COUNCIL MINUTES JULY 9, 2001 <br />1. Parking shall meet ADA standards. <br />2. All utilities, easements and grading plans are subject to review and approval of the <br />City Engineer. <br />3. Site access is subject to review and approval of the City Engineer and Anoka County. <br />4. Park dedication requirements are satisfied in the based upon current City policies and <br />Ordinance. <br />Council Member Carlson referred to page 3 of the staff report relating to the parking area and stalls. <br />She asked if the condition relating to the utilities, easements and grading plans addressed that issue. <br />Ms. Sherman indicated the second condition does address the parking area and stalls. <br />Council Member Carlson inquired about City liability if the City a <br />difficult for vehicles to back out of. The City Attorney advised <br />so it is adequate. <br />Council Member Dahl asked if one handicapped parki <br />Mr. Scott Mower, Progressive Architecture, cam <br />an eight (8) foot wide concrete area next to the <br />this number of stalls.
