A review of the plans, based upon the issues and concerns that were raised in the June 7, 2001 report to the Planning and Zoning Board, as well as the memo dated June 18, 2001, has been completed. The Planning and Zoning Board did recommend approval of the PDO and Preliminary Plat/Site Plan at its July 11, 2001, meeting with 18 conditions included as Attachment 1.
