CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION OCTOBER 3, 2001 Introduce Survey of Penalties for Violation of Liquor Licenses, for Discussion Purposes — Chief Pecchia distributed and reviewed a Survey of Penalties for Violation of Liquor Licenses. He noted there is nothing that limits the authority of the Council to suspend up to 60 days, revoke license, or impose a civil fine not to exceed, 000, provided the license holder has had the opportunity for a hearing. Chief Pecchia indicated the Police Department will be doing four -(4) comp a year.
