COUNCIL MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 8, 2001 <br />incompatibility and dangerous access roads to be avoided, as well as unnecessary loss of vegetation. <br />She felt the proposed project would not produce a harmonious relationship of buildings to the <br />surrounding area and neighborhood environment and stated bringing sewer and water in from the <br />west, rather than the north, would create and perpetuate two adjoining non -harmonious <br />neighborhoods. Additionally, she stated landscaping was not addressed, although it is discussed in <br />the City's design standards. <br />In regard to the 2001 Comprehensive Plan, Councilmember Carlson felt the proposed project was <br />inconsistent with this as well.
