He noted the <br />Ramsays do have the right to use part of their yard for a pool. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell advised he supported spending City dollars to move the pool <br />to the west side of the yard. He does not support spending City dollars just to move the <br />pool 10 feet. <br />Community Development Director Grochala stated the intent of staff is to let the <br />Ramsays know what the setbacks area. <br />
