COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 22, 2001 <br />Mr. Kimball clarified he had only spoken with Lynn Francis. He stated he believes there is a problem <br />with the meters. <br />City Administrator Smith asked had any new meters been recently installed. <br />Mr. Kimball clarified his home was built in May 1998 and no new meters have been installed. <br />Finance Director Rolek stated he would be happy to find a resolution to Mr. Kimball's concerns. He <br />stated Mr. Kimball's charge should be removed until a future meeting should the issue not be <br />resolved. <br />Mayor Bergeson advised Public Services Director DeGardner would be the appropriate Staff person <br />to work with Mr. Kimball. <br />Councilmember Reinert moved to close the public hearing at 7:05 p.m. Councilmember O'Donnell <br />seconded the motion. This agreement was discussed at a previous City Council work session. <br />School district officials approved the Youth Resource Officer agreement at their October 8, 2001 <br />School Board meeting. <br />Chief of Police Pecchia recommended its approval. <br />
