COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 13, 2001 Consider Adopting Assessments: Bluebill Ponds; Highland Meadows West 3rd Addition; Peregrine Pass; Spirit Hills; and Individual Properties Which Requested Connection to City Utilities, John Powell - City Engineer Powell advised on October 22, 2001, the City Council held a Public Hearing for the proposed assessments on the above listed projects. Cit engineer Powell indicated since the public hearing on these assessments no questions had been r d and no appeals had been submitted before or after the public hearing.
