COUNCIL MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 13, 2001 <br />Consider Adopting Assessments: Bluebill Ponds; Highland Meadows West 3rd Addition; <br />Peregrine Pass; Spirit Hills; and Individual Properties Which Requested Connection to City <br />Utilities, John Powell - City Engineer Powell advised on October 22, 2001, the City Council held a <br />Public Hearing for the proposed assessments on the above listed projects. Cit engineer Powell <br />indicated since the public hearing on these assessments no questions had been r d and no <br />appeals had been submitted before or after the public hearing. <br />City Engineer Powell recommended the City Council adopt the following Res <br />City Attorney Hawkins had indicated that the five resolutions could be adopte <br />1.
