COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 13, 2001 Apollo Drive. The primary concern at this point was expressed by the McDonald's Restaurant, whose site plan has been approved, that they were relying on this access as their only access, whereas other properties in this development have access directly to Lake Drive. Therefore, for their security, McDonald's was requesting a commitment from the City that the subject propg will be used for right-of-way access purposes. Community Development Director Grochala indicated the City will follow thr Lakes Marketplace Feasibility Report and plans and specifications to construc easterly extension and the proposed Resolution stated that a portion of the pro and deemed dedicated as public right-of-way for street and utility purpose d open to the public and contiguous properties for access.
