COUNCIL MINUTES <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Oaths of Office for Board Members, Bill Hawkins <br />JANUARY 14, 2002 <br />City Attorney Hawkins performed the swearing-in ceremony for the appointments of City Board <br />Members. <br />Mayor Bergeson extended his congratulations to the newly appointed Board Members. He indicated <br />that the Board Members not present this evening could be sworn in at a later date. He noted Sharon <br />Lane, a re -appointed member of the Planning and Zoning Board, had been present earlier this evening <br />but left because today is her birthday. He wished her a happy birthday. <br />Annual Appointments, Dan Tesch — Administration Director. <br />Council is required to make a number of appointments. Appoint <br />boards have been approved. Included in the staff report is a list <br />made.
