He noted this item was not on this evening's agenda but <br />will be considered at the Monday, March 11, 2002 Council meeting, during which the Council will be <br />conducting a public hearing, providing an opportunity for affected residents to speak regarding the <br />proposed ordinance. He invited members of the audience to speak this evening also during Open <br />Mike. <br />Jerry Lindner, 7413 Peltier Lake Drive, stated he was present this evening to speak on behalf of the <br />majority of the Peltier Lake Association Board members regarding an ordinance proposed to the City <br />Council at their work session on February 6, 2002, which would place some surface water useage <br />
