COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 25, 2002 <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 02-23, Establishing charges for Town of White Bear Building <br />Inspection Services, Mike Grochala - Community Development Director Grochala advised White <br />Bear Township is currently in need of building inspection and plan review services, on an interim <br />basis, until their vacant Building Official position is filled. <br />Community Development Director Grochala indicated the City of Lino Lakes and White Bear <br />Township currently have an agreement for building inspection services that was executed in January <br />of 1995. Section 11 of the agreement permits the City to review and adjust the fees as necessary to <br />ensure that such charges and fees adequately cover the costs of providing said services. Staff has <br />reviewed the original contract and costs of providing such services. No changes are required with the <br />contract, however, staff is recommending that a new hourly rate of $41.00 per hour be established for <br />all hours worked by City personnel within the Township.
