However, the street issue must be solved before the <br />project can move forward. <br />Mr. Johnson stated he believes a connection was shown on previous plans but the <br />location was not determined. The nature of the roadway has also changed. He stated Mr. <br />Uhde would like to know if the Council wants to change the general alignment of the <br />collector roadway. The connection will be made no matter where the exact location is. <br />He stated he also feels that the dead end in the area was meant to stay a dead end. He <br />reviewed the maps that were provided noting the location of the runways in the Air Park. <br />Two alternative options for the roadway are shown on exhibit 4 and exhibit 5. He stated <br />Mr. Uhde is prepared to make Carl Street a collector as staff has recommended. There <br />will be a lot of strong neighborhood opposition to that plan.
