COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 10, 2002 <br />Councilmember Carlson stated there were two reasons she would not ask that the trail issue be <br />addressed now. She indicated the trail will be torn up and the City will have to approach the <br />homeowners twice for easements. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell stated he would prefer to handle all the easement issues at once and <br />sooner rather than later. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 02-56 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />There was no unfinished business to consider. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES <br />April 22, 2002 - City Council Meeting Minutes <br />May 13, 2002 — City Council Meeting Minut <br />May 28, 2002 — City Council Meeting M <br />With regard to the May 13, 2002 Ci <br />four, a motion had been made to co <br />however, on page five a subsequent <br />Financial Plan. She questio <br />eeting minutes, Councilmember Dahl noted on page <br />is hearing on the Five -Year Financial Plan, <br />was made to table consideration of the Five -Year <br />had been appropriate. <br />City Clerk Blair stated this had een appropriate since one motion had been to continue the public <br />hearing and the second was to tae the Resolution adopting the Five -Year Financial Plan. <br />Councilmember Dahl stated on page seven of the May 28, 2002 City Council meeting minutes, <br />paragraph six began with a statement by Councilmember Carlson, however, Councilmember Dahl <br />believed that she had made this statement. Councilmember Carlson concurred. <br />Councilmember Carlson requested, on page 10 of the May 13, 2002 City Council meeting minutes, <br />the last line of paragraph four be amended to read, "...that the Council should approve that section of <br />the minutes also." <br />Councilmember Carlson stated she had two corrections to the April 22, 2002 City Council meeting <br />minutes, which she has discussed with City Clerk Blair. <br />22 <br />
