COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE r0, 2002 <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Dave Nathe, owner of the 49 Club at 6007 Hodgson Road, requested consideration of allowing his <br />establishment to open at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday's versus noon. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated this issue was governed by the liquor license and suggested it be considered <br />during a City Council Work Session. He asked that City staff schedule this discussion and notify Mr. <br />Nathe. <br />City Administrator Waite Smith noted she had discussed this issue with Mr. Nathe several weeks ago <br />and had asked that he provide his request in writing in order to add a discussion to a Work Session <br />agenda. She indicated a written request has not been received and offered to add the issue to the <br />Wednesday, June 19, 2002 Work Session agenda. <br />Jodi Budde, 6491 24th Avenue, stated she lives on the 40 acres t <br />the Clearwater Creek development. City Administrator Waite Smith stated this would be a <br />separate issue for the City Council to discuss. <br />Ms. Budde questioned the intent of the City Council regarding the Clearwater Creek Phase V <br />development since that development is not included in the moratorium. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated the intent of the City Council was to pass the Comprehensive Plan as quickly <br />as possible. However, he noted the Council cannot do this until a response is received from the <br />Metropolitan Council.
