CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JULY 2, 2002 <br />NADEAU PROPERTY, JOHN BERGESON <br />Mayor Bergeson stated the property owner in question is moving his house across the <br />street and wants City water. However, the cost is approximately $42,000. He stated it <br />seems that the City's policy regarding hook up may counterproductive because the <br />City should want residents to hook up to City services. <br />Community Development Director Grochala stated he agrees that the City should push <br />for hook ups in most instances.
