COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 26, 2002
<br />Motion carried 4-0-1, Councilmember O'Donnell abstaining.
<br />Regarding the July 22, 2002 City Council Meeting Minutes, Councilmember Carlson requested the
<br />following amendments:
<br />Page 9, eighth paragraph, second line: "...by City staff, would the developer be able to begin grading
<br />the property..."
<br />Page 11, sixth paragraph, first line: "Councilmember Carlson noted there will be are other existing
<br />cxpensivo homes adjacent to these ponds and..."
<br />Page 12, eighth paragraph, last sentence: "...Board had not been included in staff's recommendation
<br />the City Council would have to take action adding it to the list of conditions.
<br />Regarding the August 7, 2002 Council Work Session, Councilmember Carlson requested the
<br />following amendment:
<br />Page 5, first paragraph, last line: "...to get the feasibility study,: Elm Street done with traffic
<br />calming on Elm Street and Second Avenue so the project is com. = ® next spring.
<br />Councilmember Reinert moved to approve the June 24, 200
<br />submitted; the July 22, 2002 City Council Meeting Minutes
<br />Work Session as amended; and, the August 12, 2002 Co
<br />Councilmember Dahl seconded the motion.
<br />Motion carried unanimously.
