• <br />• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES SEPTEMBER 9, 2002 <br />indicated the School Subdivision parcel had been platted as a roadway. He suspected perhaps that the <br />developer had maintained ownership of the parcel and had simply stopped paying the taxes. <br />Councilmember Reinert requested confirmation that these types of parcels are typically useless to the <br />property owner and are at times abandoned. Community Development Director Grochala responded <br />affirmatively. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 02-114 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />There was no unfinished business to consider. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes: <br />August 21, 2002 Council Work Session Minutes <br />August 26, 2002 Council Meeting Minutes <br />Councilmember O'Donnell noted that he and Mayor Bergeson had not been in attendance at the <br />August 21, 2002 City Council work session and recommended that the minutes be approved <br />separately. <br />Councilmember Carlson moved to approve the August 21, 2002 Council Work Session, as submitted. <br />Councilmember Dahl seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried 3-0-2, Mayor Bergeson and Councilmember O'Donnell abstaining. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell moved to approve the August 26, 2002 Council Meeting Minutes, as <br />submitted.
