Associate Planner Gretz
advised that only two accessory sheds are allowed so once the new building is constructed, there
would be a total of three.
Councilmember Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 02-116, Approving a Variance for Property
Located at 8065 Wood Duck Trail (Sullivan Property). Councilmember Reinert seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously.
Resolution No. 02-116 can be found in the City Clerk's office.
Consider Resolution No. 02-117, Approving a Variance and Minor Subdivision, 855 Ash
Street, (Lindahl property), Tanda Gretz — Associate Planner explained that agenda item 7D
is an application for a Minor Subdivision and Variance. In 1997, a 58 -acre parcel was divided
into three parcels: one was the Lindahl property, one was the property at 815, and one was expansion
land for the Incarnation Cemetery. The access driveway across the Lindahl property was created
because there was no other way to access the created parcel at 815.
