City <br />Administrator Waite Smith stated Northern Air Corporation (NAC) has indicated the <br />HVAC system is the cause of the mold. <br />This item will appear on the regular Council agenda Monday, October 28, 2002, 6:30 <br />p.m. <br />CENTENNIAL UTILITIES COUNTERPROPOSAL, LINDA WAITE SMITH <br />City Administrator Waite Smith distributed a counter proposal from Centennial Utilities. <br />Centennial Utilities has indicated they will accept a multi-year $50,000 cap with $20,000 <br />of that for property tax and $30,000 built into the Lino Lakes rate. The $30,000 would <br />not be shown as a separate charge on customer's bills.
