• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE : October 28, 2002 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:30 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 11:20 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Councilmembers Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, Reinert, and <br />Mayor Bergeson <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Linda Waite Smith (part); City Clerk, Ann Blair; <br />Community Development Director, Michael Grochala; Finance Director, Al Rokek; Associate <br />Planner, Tanda Gretz; City Engineer, Jim Studenski; City Fire Chief, Milo Bennett (part); Police <br />Sergeant Kurt Rausch (part); and City Attorney, Barry Sullivan. <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />Mayor Bergeson requested the addition of Open Mike, Item 2E, to receive a report from the City <br />Clerk regarding the impact of the U.S. Senate race on ihpnicipal elections. <br />The agenda was approved as amended. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Councilmember Carlson moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Councilmember <br />Reinert seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />ITEM <br />A. CONSIDERATION OEXPENDITURES: <br />i) October 28, 2002 (Check No. 66482 — <br />66638, $570,613.13) <br />ii) Centennial Fire District (Check No. 13448 — <br />13477, $17,471.16) <br />B.
