<br />• The City will continue to pursue the acquisition of land through negotiations with the property
<br />owners. However, if those negotiations breakdown, the Eminent Domain process must be in place to
<br />meet the construction schedule.

<br />Councilmember O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 02 —193, as presented. Councilmember
<br />Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
<br />Resolution No. 02 —192 can be found in the City Clerk's office.
<br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS
<br />October 28, 2002 Council Meeting Minutes — Councilmember Dahl requested this item be removed
<br />from the agenda. She stated she had not had time to review the video tape.
<br />November 25, 2002, Council Meeting Minutes — Councilmember Carlson referred to page 17,
<br />paragraph 7, and corrected the first sentence to read "Councilmember Carlson stated some of the
<br />right-of-way, such as by the homes, is only 40 feet from center."
<br />Councilmember Carlson referred to page 18, paragraph 7, and corrected the second sentence to read
<br />"She asked if the City is going to do improvements and landscape on Highway 49."
<br />Councilmember O'Donnell moved to approve the November 25, 2002, Council Meeting Minutes, as
<br />amended. Councilmember Carlson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
